What is a Digital Marketer ?

Assessment
What does end point assessment involve for Digital Marketer level 3?
The portfolio
Apprentices complete a portfolio on programme and submit this at gateway. This portfolio should include evidence from real work projects which, taken together, cover the totality of the standard.
Project
The apprentice must undertake a business-related project over a 5-day period, away from the day to day workplace.
An employer reference
Employers complete a reference using 1st for Awarding’s template. This provides the employer’s perspective on how the apprentice has performed in the workplace and how they have applied their knowledge, competencies and behaviours in work projects.
A structured interview with an assessor
The 2-hour interview explores what has been produced in the portfolio and the project. It also provides an opportunity for further evidence to be gathered against any of the assessment criteria.
Useful to know
- The portfolio and employer reference should be submitted at gateway.
- Apprentices are given time away from usual work duties to complete the project.
